Install WinTAK

1. Download and run the installer from https://realmalliance.com/wintak

2. Follow the install wizard and when you reach this page, check the box for the Data Sync plugin:

   

3. Open WinTAK when installation is complete

Log in

• Open Settings

  

• Click Network Preferences

  

• Click Manage Server Connections

  

• Click Add Item

  

• Fill out the inputs

  1. Description: Realm

  2. Host Address: <my deployment>.tak.realmalliance.com

  3. Port: 8089

  4. Check Enroll for Client Certificate

  5. Check Use Authentication

     1. Enter the username and password we provided to you securely

     

• Enter the same credentials again in the popup and click “OK”

  

You should now be connected to the server.

WinTAK Map Overlay Setup

1. Go to ATAK-Maps Releases and download ATAK-Maps.zip.

1. Unzip ATAK-Maps.zip.

2. In WinTAK, navigate to Import Manager > Import Directory.

1. Select the unzipped ATAK-Maps folder and click “OK”.

1. Click “Maps & Favorites” in the top bar.
